Deep Cleaning Your Skin is Essential!

Deep skin cleanse is essential for those who experience breakouts, acne or have oily congested skin. But how about people with delicate, sensitive and dry skin?

Let's take a look at skin purpose and its functions, it is our largest organ of the body. It protects the body from cold, heat radiation, pressure, abrasion, chemical substances, invasion of microorganisms, water loss, perspiration (temperature regulation), and toxins from the environment. Skin also plays a huge part in the body's detox process.

As you can see, the skin has an important role in keeping us safe and alive. It is more than just a cover.

Another important function of the skin is monitoring our internal health. Skin “tells” us when there is:

Hormonal imbalance;

Sensitivity, intolerance or allergy to food;

Certain diseases such as lupus,

Over toxicity;

Indigestion;

Yeast overgrowth - Candida;

Stress.

Any of the above conditions could show up on the skin as acne, redness, eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, excessive blackheads, uneven skin tone or hyperpigmentation. I tell my clients these skin conditions might be a blessing in disguise. If the skin isn’t happy - your body isn’t happy. It is important to watch these signs on the skin, because your health might be at risk. Remember that our skin is the last to show signs of imbalance in our internal body.

Take the necessary steps such as blood test, allergy test or any other health check you might need.

All that said, it is important to keep our skin all the rest of the body in a good healthy condition.

Let’s go back to my initial question...Should people with sensitive, dry and aging skin do a deep cleanse of their skin? Every skin type needs a deep cleanse. It depends on skin type and condition how often, anywhere from twice a week to once a month. The benefits of deep skin cleanse:

  1. Increased circulation;

  2. Improved texture;

  3. Skin detox;

  4. Cell regeneration boost;

  5. Skin brightening;

  6. Clearing acne;

  7. Oil production balancing;

  8. Skin destress;

  9. Improved product absorption;

  10. Removal of impurities
