Our full spectrum infrared treatments are unlike any other saunas out there, including other infrared saunas on the market. Consistency is key to a healthy body! Each Weight Loss Session is 30 min and just by sitting in our booth you burn up to 600 calories. Only Sunlighten saunas are clinically shown to aid weight loss.
