Sara Soulati Health For Life Program

Proud and happy to introduce my long time client Sara Soulati. Sara and I always talk about the lifestyle correlation between health, overall well being and appearance of the skin. It is all connected and dependent. Her clear and amazing energy and beautiful glowing skin is a great testimonial of her healthy lifestyle!

Sara Soulatiis CEO of Global Cardio Care and founder of the Sara Soulati Health For Life Program, a patent-pending lifestyle modification program.

“After two years in nursing education and two years studying to become a physician’s assistant, I knew I was in the wrong field of medicine. I had a strong need to educate people and empower them with information to better control their personal health destiny.

I continued my education to encompass a broader reach – the study of culture, anatomy, physiology, anthropology and biology. During my work to achieve a Bachelor of Arts in medical anthropology and minor in biology from California State University, Long Beach, my personal thoughts were validated. I learned that Homo sapiens were destined to live a plant-based life.

Prevention is the Answer and we have the power to Make Health a Lifestyle!”

A Vegan Lifestyle Is A Heart Healthy Lifestyle

I become a vegan in 1989, when I was 19 years old. Over the years, as the food industry began to put more additives and genetically modified organisms (GMOs) into our foods, it became obvious to me that people were becoming addicted to sugar, salt, soy, and other unnecessary additives.

The dangerous chemicals in fish from mercury, radiation, and more also contribute to disease. Other flesh, like poultry, beef and pork are manufactured with hormones and inorganic additives.

The Sara Soulati Health For Life Program

Being vegan is a lifestyle, and my program, the Sara Soulati Health For Life Program, is all about lifestyle modification, selecting nutrition without flesh or dairy, and also incorporating moderate exercise for heart health.

My program is offered exclusively at Global Cardio Care Centers. We combine my 35-days of lifestyle education with Enhanced External Counterpulsation (EECP). This powerful therapy is helpful in fighting and preventing cardiovascular disease. People share many stories about becoming vegan and eliminating flesh from their nutrition planning.

My program is based on coaching with love. People who come to our center experience daily coaching with instant feedback about their diet and vital signs. Our qualified technicians stand by the EECP bed and talk for 30 minutes about food, blood pressure, sugars, cholesterol, and much more.

What happens is amazing. We watch people become champions for their own lifestyle and longevity. We watch them become comfortable with a vegan lifestyle to be heart healthy. We hear the stories about successes they have at home. We become a personal health coach with love and support every day.

This approach is successful because it’s missing in peoples’ lives. I want to help prevent heart disease and fight cardiovascular disease without surgery, without medication, and less costly.

That’s what EECP and the Sara Soulati Health For Life Program do together.

Steps You Can Take To Be Heart Healthy

Every day is an opportunity to be heart healthy. Do these five things every day, and you will see your heart health improve for your future:

Drink more alkaline water to hydrate and detox your system. Flush your system first thing in the morning and in advance of each meal.

  1. Reduce salt and caffeine from your diet! Use other seasonings to flavor your food. Caffeine is a culprit for heart disease; reduce and then eliminate it!
  2. Park your car farther away and add more steps to your journey. Get a pedometer and tally your steps; you can compete with yourself to add more steps on a daily basis!
  3. Reduce and then eliminate flesh and especially red flesh from your nutrition plan. Go vegan!
  4. Eat Organic GMO free foods
  5. Take 2 ounces of fresh organic wheatgrass daily
  6. Love yourself! Become committed to your future with better nutrition, more activities, meditation, and spiritual balance. Give hugs and receive them!
